Iguaçu Falls is one of the most famous attractions in all of  Brazil, with 275 massive waterfalls divided between Brazil and Argentina.
The City of Foz do Iguaçu, with all its diversity of attractions, represents one of the most beautiful tourist destinations of the world. It possesses incomparable natural richness, as the Iguaçu National Park, declared as Natural Patrimony of the Humanity, is where the Iguaçu Waterfalls are located.

Besides of the Waterfalls, the Iguaçu National Park offers interpretative trails and structure for practice of activities in a natural space, like:

    • Helicopter Ride – this is not exactly the most environmentally friendly way to experience Iguaçu Falls, but you do get a birds eye view of the immense falls. It’s definitely something you’re not going to see while walking the catwalks. Only the Brazil side offers these types of tours. Argentina doesn’t run them because they feel helicopter noise disrupts the native wildlife of the region.

    • Jungle Safaris – these types of tours are more for education and enlightenment as they take you through the subtropical rainforests of the National Park in a vehicle. A park ranger discusses various aspects of the ecosystem.
    • Itaipu Dam -   The world’s largest hydroelectric plant. This controversial dam is the largest hydroelectric scheme in the world. Set between the border of Paraguay and Brazil along the Paraná River, a visit to this facility will really impress upon you the immensity and scale of the project. The Itaipu dam is 7,919 meters ( 4.275 mi ) long (counting the Hernandarias dike) with a maximum height of 196 meters ( 649 ft ) , equivalent to a 65-story building. It consumed 12.3 million cubic meters of concrete, while the iron and steel employed would permit the construction of 380 Eiffel Towers: dimensions that transformed the power plant into a reference with respect to concrete studies and dam safety.

    • Bird Park – This is a world – class Park situades in a 4 hactares of second-grouwth subtropical forest. There are over 500 birds, both indigenous and from other continents and visitors will be able to be in contact with them without restriction of nets and cages .

    •  Macuco Safarai - If you are looking for adventure and excitement then our special package is for you. Take the Macuco Safari boat tour to admire the famous Iguassu Waterfalls.

Hotel “Das Cataratas” by Orient Express. This is the only hotel located within the Iguassu National Park. Guests enjoy exclusive access to this magnificent sight  in the evening and at dawn, when the park is closed to other visitors.
